To speed up design and maintain a consistent visual style across projects, I built an AI-driven workflow using Flux and Recraft. It was used to generate characters, mascots, UI graphics, and marketing visuals — accelerating iterations and ensuring consistency across Mini Apps for different brands.
AI-driven Workflow
The team built Mini Apps and web dashboards for several major clients in Web3, neo-banking, and fintech — including European and UK companies.
We became the first internal team to launch fully functional Mini Apps into production, setting the standards and workflow for all subsequent teams and enabling the company to scale the Mini App direction.
Work was carried out in parallel across five Mini Apps for internal and external clients, as well as multi-screen web dashboards. Decisions were aligned through regular calls and reviews with external product owners, design leads, and founders.
